Our home was cleaned well after Martha put hard work in for a few hours. It would have been helpful if Martha had a vacuum. She was delayed at her previous home and consequently unable to complete the work list. As far as cleaning, I will have Martha come back. She did a nice job. Thank you Martha

She did a great job of cleaning bathrooms. But spent almost four hours in cleaning the two bathrooms. The kitchen and the rest of the house was finished in a hurry. The cleaning charges are going up each time. Although we were promised 18$/hour with membership for $49 a month. The new quote is for 35$ an hour. It's too expensive and for a not thorough cleaning.

Brittany was a good cleaner. We had an issue though in that she charged us for a lot of time that she wasn't at our house for. She charged us for 4 hours, and left after 3 hours and 21 minutes. If we had known she was going to charge us for 4 hours, we would have had her stay and work during the entire four hours.

Crystal did a good job today and I asked for her to come back, we scheduled it for every 2 weeks to start with and see how that works!! I already gave her a tip!! I was ver pleased with her cleaning!!
